Sorry for writting in English, but it is the way I can express myself better, after the serious problem occured in your store in Annemasse (France) yesterday Sunday 20th December 2014 around 20:00.
This serious problem was related the way I was treated by the security agent and the way the store manager dealed with the problem. This was a serious issue that never happened to me in all my life, at any store that I wish to have it solved as soon as possible. To serious to put in this forum... I´m even considering speaking with my lawyer and having it being solved in court...
Speaking about that, I would like to get the email contacts for M. Bouret (General Manager Leroy Merlin France) and M. Deleplanque (General Manager Groupe ADEO), so I can contact them and explain this situation.
